What is the contract term of a subscription?

We are convinced of hintcatcher and therefore offer you fair conditions with which you remain flexible: With hintcatcher there is no setup fee and the contract period is 1-month with a 14-day notice period to the end of the term.

What payment methods do you accept?

For easy payment processing, we accept major credit cards and SEPA Direct Debit.

Does pricing depend on the number of employees in my organization?

In contrast to other solutions, hintcatcher's pricing is independent of the number of employees in your organization. The monthly price of the desired hintcatcher plan is not influenced by your number of employees.
