How you can configure the e-mail notification settings
You can adjust the notification settings in hintcatcher to control which email notifications you as caseworker receive.
Note for users of our multi-client capability: Notification settings can be individually adjusted for each hintcatcher system (for each client). If necessary, please adjust the desired setting in the settings of each of your client systems.
The setting will be adopted immediately and applied to future notifications.
The group of recipients for e-mail notifications that relate to a case (e.g. notification about a further message from the whistleblower for an existing case) is determined by whether the case in question is assigned to a specific caseworker:
An e-mail notification is only sent to a caseworker if the corresponding notification type is activated. By default, all email notifications are active.
