Please note: Some functionality / settings may only be available in some hintcatcher plans.
The option for automatic confirmation of receipt for incoming hints allows you to automate the manual step of confirming receipt within the specified deadline for new hints. If the option is activated, the receipt of new reports is automatically confirmed to the whistleblower by the system.
Please note: If you use the automatic confirmation of receipt, the option to reject new incoming cases is deactivated as the receipt is confirmed directly by the system.
To adjust the setting, please follow the steps below:
- In case management, switch to the Settings page
- In the Settings of your reporting office section, activate the Automatic case receipt confirmation option:
The receipt of new reports will now automatically be confirmed to the whistleblower by the system.
