Terminate your hintcatcher subscription

How to terminate the subscription of your hintcatcher system

If you want to terminate your hintcatcher system subscription, you can easily do so by email. Please send us your termination in writing by email to

contact@hintcatcher.com

quoting the ID of your hintcatcher system. You can find the ID of the hintcatcher system in case management on the “Settings” page at the top under your organization name.

Please send the termination for authentication reasons from an email address that is used by an administrator user in your hintcatcher system. We will confirm the termination in a timely manner, stating the expiry date of your subscription.

Your hintcatcher system will continue to be available as usual until your subscription expires.

Important note: If necessary, please save / export the data from your hintcatcher system in time before your subscription expires, as your hintcatcher system, including the data it contains, will be permanently deleted shortly after the subscription expires.
